Job Description

New Homes Sales Consultant / Manager We are working with an Independent Estate Agents in Birmingham City Centre who are seeking a New Homes Sales Consultant / Manager to join their busy office. The successful New Homes Sales Consultant / Manager will have proven new homes sales experience. Role responsibilities / duties: * Meeting and greeting customers on site * Taking customers details and qualifying their requirements * Dealing with incoming sales enquiries * Taking customers on viewings * Advising customers on the sales journey and progressing sales Key requirements: * New homes sales experience in housebuilding * Have access to your own transport and a valid UK driving license * Be confident using Computer systems including Microsoft Office * Be very customer service focused and sales orientated * Be immaculately presented Hours of work * Mon – Fri: 8.45am - 5.30pm * Every other Saturday (no day off in lieu) Salary * Basic - £24k to £30k (depending on experience) * Commission - £1,000 to £2,000 per sale (£1,500 average commission per sale) Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
