Willsons Solicitors have an enviable reputation and have a wonderful team of 40 + staff across their departments in Family, Care, Civil, Wills and Probate, Conveyancing and Commercial Law. Due to their continued expansion, they are currently looking to recruit an individual to lead the new business team in the conveyancing department. New Business Team Leader (Conveyancing) We are looking for a dynamic, self -motivated individual to take the new business team to a whole new level. The role itself will cover all aspects of new business to include: Opening files Putting procedures in place Managing your own department/team! The role will report directly to the Partners This will be a full -time role and based in the offices in Nuneaton. This opportunity would suit someone who enjoys creating, developing, implementing, and training on new procedures and who really enjoys taking ownership. We would ideally consider applications from those who can demonstrate training staff to date with a background I the legal sector. Salary-25k -30k + Bens The role will provide the opportunity for an individual to fully manage a department and learn one to one management techniques too with a formal qualification if desired.
