New Business Manager - Advertising Agency Position: New Business Manager (Full Time) Location: Leeds (3/4 days in office) Sector: Digital Marketing Agency (PPC ads, SEO) Salary: £40-£45k basic. With uncapped commission structure. Opportunity to easliy doube salary. About Us: Pink Giraffe are hiring on behalf of our client who are a leader in providing digital marketing services and Martech solutions. Our client provides businesses with fully managed services, strategic support and proprietary tools to optimise campaigns, track analytics, and drive ROI. Our history is in paid media advertising with over 14 years’ experience managing paid media campaigns across financial services and other industries with a predominant focus on lead generation. We operate across paid search, paid social, digital audio, CTV, display, native channels as well as have a newly launched SEO function within the business. We are on the lookout for a driven New Business Manager to spearhead growth by identifying new clients and opportunities through controlling the business development lead generation function of the organisation. Based at our Leeds office in the heartbeat of the city. Key Responsibilities: • Identify and target prospective clients within a number of different sectors based on the prioritisation of the organisation, developing relationships with contacts to nurture all the way through the opportunity and pitch. • Present and demonstrate the value of our approach, people, experience, tools and solutions to potential customers. • Work closely with the strategy team and departmental heads to develop and deliver new sales collateral for lead generation. • Develop, maintain and manage all prospect communications via e-mail, calls, meetings and ensuring all communications are accurately mapped to generate opportunities and formulate a sales pipeline. • Management of all new business elements of organisations CRM platform. What We’re Looking For: • 3+ years’ experience in sales or business development (preferably within digital advertising / advertising / marketing or SaaS). • Strong understanding of CRM (Hubspot ideally) marketing automation, and analytics platforms. • Exceptional problem-solving and interpersonal skills. • A proven track record of achieving lead generation and revenue targets. • Tech-savvy and adept at delivering virtual demos and presentations.
