Job Description
Network Analyst - DV Cleared
+ London
+ £54,000 Basic - Package circa £65,000
You will join a global IT Consultancy who are providing 24/7 support to the MoD.
As such please note that this is a shift role
Day: 7am - 7pm. Nights: 7pm - 7am
3 days, 3 nights, 6 off
The role:
+ Delivering and maintaining Live Service
+ Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability
+ Provide Level 2/3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues
+ Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to the network
Your experience
+ Experience of IP, OSPF, BGP and MPLS
+ Experience of working within a Network Management or Operations Centre environment within the Managed Services or Telecoms Sector, or within an ISP
+ Excellent written and oral communication skills
+ LAN and WAN troubleshooting skills
+ CCNA, JNCIA or equivalent (or willing to work to obtain said certifications)
