Neighbourhood Officer
Location: Hertfordshire
Pay: £23 - £26 per hour (via umbrella)
Contract Type: Temporary
Are you an experienced Neighbourhood Officer looking for your next opportunity? We are recruiting for a temporary Neighbourhood Officer to join a housing organisation and provide excellent tenancy and estate management services.
Your key responsibilities as a Neighbourhood Officer will include:
Managing a patch of properties, ensuring tenants receive high-quality housing services.
Tackling tenancy management issues such as ASB, breaches, and general housing queries.
Conducting estate inspections to ensure neighbourhood standards are met.
Working collaboratively with internal teams and external agencies to support residents.This role is based in Hertfordshire and is offered on a temporary basis with a competitive hourly rate of £23 - £26 per hour (via umbrella).
