National Account Manager £50,000pa + Bonus / Commission + Package Remote UK    Great food is about more than just ingredients. Hunting and farming—growing existing accounts while bringing in new business. Becoming the go-to for top-tier clients, ensuring they get the very best from our range. Negotiating and managing contracts, from pricing structures to category growth. Working hand-in-hand with internal teams—Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations—to make sure our clients get what they need, when they need it. What do you need? Experience in national account sales, ideally in the fine food industry. Commercial savvy—you know how to spot an opportunity and turn it into a win. Customer-first mindset—you build relationships, not just sales. Time management skills—you juggle multiple accounts like a pro. A deep understanding of food and market trends—you know what’s in demand before it hits the menus. Excellent communication skills—negotiating, presenting, influencing—you do it all.
