🛠 Role Overview:
We're looking for a skilled Multi Trader to support a social housing scheme. This role requires a range of trade skills to carry out maintenance and repair works, ensuring residents' homes are safe, functional, and comfortable.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
Carry out multi-trade repairs, including carpentry, plumbing, tiling, and decorating.
Diagnose and resolve maintenance issues in a timely manner.
Perform planned and reactive maintenance tasks.
Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations.
Deliver exceptional customer service to tenants and stakeholders.✅ What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in multiple trades (e.g., carpentry, plumbing, tiling, etc.).
Relevant qualifications or certifications in your field(s) of expertise.
A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
