Maintenance/Social Housing
£38,000 - £40,000pa + Company Van + OTE

Workflow Recruitment are working alongside a leading social housing contractor who are looking to take on a Permanent Multi Trader to work on day-to-day repairs /and maintenance on domestic properties.
Working within the Social Housing sector, you will have the exciting opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge by tackling a variety of repairs/maintenance in social housing properties.
Multi Trader duties will include various repairs in tenanted domestic properties.
This is a full-time, permanent role with a 40-hour working week.
The successful Multi Trader will receive a competitive Salary between £38,000 - £40,000 per annum + OTE, work-based incentives, holidays and pension contributions.
Company van and fuel card supplied.
Role Criteria
* Experience in at least 1 of the following trades: Plastering, Carpentry, Floor Laying.
* Able to understand & follow standard operating procedures.
* Able to deal with fast paced environments and adaptable to changing working environments.
* Must be flexible and able to take on other responsibilities.
* Team player and ability to work alone
* Experience of using a PDA is not essential as training will be given – but desirable
Multi Trader Hours:
Monday - Friday (9am - 6pm)
(Fulltime)
Able to work 1 in 4 Saturdays.
