Multi Trader – Westminster - £40,000

An exciting opportunity for a Multi Trader to join a rapidly growing maintenance company based in Central London covering various commercial and domestic sites by foot or van (driving license dependent).
Package:
* £40,000 base salary (DOE)
* Optional call out and overtime
* Company van or Oyster card

Responsibilities:
* General Maintenance Duties
* General Carpentry
* General Plumbing
* Repairs to furniture
* Minor Decorating/Painting
* Installation of shelves
* Installation of window restrictors
* Procurement of materials and equipment to carry out works.
* Completion of work sheets via our mobile app
Must have:
* Expertise in multiple trades such as plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general repairs.
* A hardworking, reliable work ethic, flexible as overtime & OOH works may be required depending on client or job requirements.
* Previous experience in maintenance and building environments, ideally within commercial or residential sector
The ideal Multi Trader will have a City & Guilds qualification in their relevant trade.
