Multi Trade Operative
Build Recruitment are currently seeking a Multi Trader for a permanent job opportunity covering empty properties in London, within the M25.
This position will provide a van, fuel card, specialist tools and materials.
Responsibilities of the Multi Trade Operative:
Completing fit-out projects within multi-use buildings and preparing temporary residential spaces.
Undertaking minor and major building repair works under the following trades:
Painting and Decorating
Plumbing
Carpentry
Tiling
Flooring
About you as the Multi Trade Operative:
Experienced in a variety of maintenance trades such as plumbing, carpentry, brickwork repairs, painting, and decorating
Recognized qualifications in relevant trades
Well-versed in building regulations and safety standards
Organized, punctual, and dependable
Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
