Job Description
I have a post for an experienced Multi Trade Joiner to join a Voids Team covering Kensington and Chelsea
Full time role, working Monday to Friday 8.00am to 4.00pm 36 hours per week. A company van will be provided.
The role -
To carry out building repairs, maintenance and renewals ranging from scheduled to emergency and other routine reactive repairs on properties looked after by the Council.
Repairs and refurbishment work in occupied and void housing properties.
A van and fuel card are supplied with this post.
Hours of work - Monday to Friday 8am until 4pm.
Requirements needed to apply.
* A full driving licence required.
* Experience in Domestic repairs and maintenance.
* NVQ or equivalent in Joinery or similar.
