Job Type: Contract (temp to perm)

Location: Trafford area of Manchester
Salary: £18.60 - £20.85 PAYE (£35,079)
We are currently supporting one of our clients in their search for a Multi Trade Joiner for responsive repairs on social housing in the Trafford area. This work will be covering responsive repairs. This is initially temporary with the view to going permanent. This position includes a van and fuel card.
This role will be working 8am - 4pm Monday - Friday. You will be paid extra for any our of core hours work.
Reporting to the Site Manager you will take full responsibility for responsive repairs. Ideally looking for someone with a Joinery background who is multi skilled.
Key requirements will include:
Joiner qualification
Joinery, plastering, tiling, basic plumbing experience
Multi skilled
Time served Tradesperson or qualified to appropriate level
Ability to use IT systems
