A Multi-trade carpenter for Building Fabric joiner to join a well-established company, working within the Building Fabric Maintenance team for a local authority, completing reactive works for tenants.
Client Details
Local authority based in Northamptonshire
Description
Carry out joinery and allied trades work in connection with the maintenance and minor alterations required
Undertake preventative works
Tasks such as boarding up smashed windows, repairing damaged furniture/ kitchen amendments.
Profile
Experience working in a similar setting
NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry or equivalent eg City and Guilds
Full UK Driving Licence
Job Offer
