Job Description
Are you a skilled plumber with a knack for tackling a variety of maintenance tasks? We're partnering with a Cornwall-based maintenance contractor to find a Multi-Skilled Plumber to join their dynamic team.
Location: Ideally based in or around St Austell, Newquay, or nearby areas.
Key Responsibilities:
Completing first and second-fix plumbing tasks.
Conducting plumbing repairs, including identifying and fixing leaks.
Replacing taps and unblocking water systems (e.g., WCs and drainage).
Installing and replacing WCs, basins, and baths.
Carrying out carpentry repairs.
Painting and finishing work. What You’ll Need:
A recognised plumbing qualification.
A multi-skilled approach to maintenance tasks.
A valid CSCS card (preferred but not essential).
Relevant experience in a similar role.
A clean driving license.
