Job Description

Our client is one of the largest facilities management and maintenance contractors in the UK, offering market leading opportunities for talented professionals looking for long term career progression. Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a Multi Skilled Plumber to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation. We are looking for a Multi Skilled Plumber who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same. As the Multi Skilled Plumber, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services. The Multi Skilled Plumber, will be responsible for: * Electrical installation to AC split install, to LTHW water heater installation. * Hanging new doors to newly refurbished office * Perform routine and reactive maintenance, repairs, and installations across plumbing systems, ensuring safety and compliance with regulations. * Diagnose and resolve faults in plumbing systems, including pipework, drainage, and fixtures. * Conduct general maintenance tasks in other trades, such as basic carpentry, tiling, or electrical work, as required. To be successful for this Multi Skilled Plumber role you must have: * Electrician holding NVQ3 or equivalent that wants to test themselves within a bustling environment * Experienced plumber with extensive knowledge of L8 and required repair techniques, including cleaning and chlorinating * Specialist HVAC engineer that could provide essential F-Gas knowledge support (Preferable not Essential) * Happy to work night shifts (4 on 4 off) If you feel you have the necessary skills set and experience to perform this Multi Skilled Plumber role, and you are interested in an opportunity offering unparalleled career development, please apply now
