We are currently seeking a Multi-Skilled Operative to join a highly skilled team working on the Local Authority Contract. The ideal candidate will have experience as a Plasterer or Joiner but we are open to candidates with a broad range of skills in residential property maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
General multi-skilled work in residential properties, including plastering, joinery, and groundworks
Rubbish removal from lofts and ensuring access for scaffolding
1st and 2nd fix work, including door undercuts and shaving
Replacing fences, patch plastering, window fittings, door handles, and other fixture tasks
Ensure high-quality and tidy work is completed on all jobs
Requirements:
Asbestos Awareness
Time-served tradesman or NVQ Level 2 in a primary trade (Plastering, Joinery, etc.)
Experience in multi-trade residential work
