Are you a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer who’s ready to keep the night shift humming along? Well, we’ve got just the gig for you here in the north part of Kent! We’re a busy food manufacturing business, and while the world’s tucked up in bed, our machines are hard at work making the good stuff. That’s where you come in—our night shift hero!
We’re looking for someone with experience in both mechanical and electrical maintenance who can keep things running as smooth as a Kentish pint (but less frothy). You’ll need to diagnose and fix breakdowns faster than you can say “pass me that spanner,” and you’ll be a pro at keeping production on track.
You’ll be working on a 4 on, 4 off night shift pattern, giving you plenty of time to enjoy the daylight while everyone else is at work! And don’t worry—we’re not just looking for someone to fix things and go home. We’re committed to helping you grow, and over time, you’ll have the opportunity to progress to a Lead Engineer position. You’ll be stepping up to take charge, guiding the team, and making a real impact.
In return for your skills, you’ll be part of a friendly, down-to-earth team who really knows their stuff.
