Multi-Skilled HVAC Engineer
Location: Static Site in Motherwell
Salary: Up to £41,000 + Overtime Opportunities
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

The Role
As our Multi-Skilled HVAC Engineer, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing the site’s performance. Your day-to-day will include:
* Performing PPMs and reactive maintenance on split systems, HVAC systems, and general building maintenance.
* Overseeing contractors and ensuring smooth site operations.
* Providing expert guidance on HVAC, electrical, gas, and mechanical systems to maintain operational safety.
* Taking ownership of the site, managing contractors and visitors.
* Accurately documenting work and resource use via the CAFM system.
What We’re Looking For
* Must Have:
* F-Gas Refrigerant Handling Certification.
* Nice to Have:
* City & Guilds or equivalent qualifications.
* 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
