Multiskilled Engineer (Electrical Bias)
Location: Healthcare Site – Hadfield Wing
Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum
Benefits:
* 32 days of leave
* 40-hour work week (08:00 – 17:00)
* 1-4 Callout with £100 standby payment + minimum 3 hours payment
* Additional training investment: LVAP, Confined Spaces AP, Medical Gas AP, Ventilation AP
About the Role:
Our client is looking for a skilled and motivated Multiskilled Engineer with an electrical bias to join their team at the Healthcare Site. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a critical environment with a supportive team, on a long-term contract with great benefits and training opportunities.
You will be primarily responsible for carrying out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), with some reactive and remedial work as required. The role is predominantly focused on electrical works (30-40%), but we require someone who is flexible and happy to assist with general PPM tasks, fabric work, and some mechanical duties.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out PPMs and repairs across various building systems.
* Assist with electrical maintenance and other general maintenance duties, including fabric and mechanical works.
* Respond to reactive maintenance tasks and perform remedial works as necessary.
* Participate in the on-call rota (1 in 4), with standby pay and a minimum of 3 hours' payment.
* Ensure all work complies with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

* A willingness to assist in general fabric and mechanical tasks as part of a dynamic team.
* Good communication skills and the ability to maintain a positive relationship with clients and colleagues.
