MOT Tester / Vehicle Technician | Up to £38,000 + Uncapped Bonus | Cambridge
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Up to £38,000 per annum + uncapped bonus (average annual bonus of £5,800)
Location: Cambridge
Schedule: 5 days a week
About the Role
We are hiring an experienced MOT Tester / Vehicle Technician for the UK’s largest automotive service, maintenance, and repair business. This is a dual-role position, offering a fantastic career path, excellent training opportunities, and great benefits.

Key Responsibilities:
Carry out MOT tests in line with DVSA regulations
Perform vehicle servicing, diagnostics, and repairs across a range of makes/models
Diagnose and repair brakes, suspension, steering, engine systems, and other complex faults
Support the workshop with general technician duties when not performing MOTs
What You Need:
✔ MOT Testing Licence – Must be valid and current
✔ Experience as a Vehicle Technician/Mechanic with diagnostic & repair expertise
✔ Full UK driving licence (max. 9 points)
✔ A team player with a proactive approach
