Job Description

Mortgage Advisor required for our client located in Dartford, a professionally recognised estate agency. The Mortgage Advisor will be responsible for seeking out the best financial and mortgage solutions for our customers, Selling associated insurance products from Legal & General while working closely with the residential estate agency team to ensure all business opportunities are maximised by contacting existing client base as a source for new business The Mortgage Advisor will ideally be driven and motivated by success, be able to meet and succeed targets while ensuring all documentation is compliant, correct and properly witnessed and signed in line with FCA guidelines Mortgage Advisor Remuneration * Basic Salary: £28,000 with a supporting additional payment guarantee for a fixed period * On Target Earnings: £40,000 – £60,000 (Uncapped) * Company Car or Car Allowance (£2,500) (with the opportunity to work towards one of our prestigious vehicles such as Audi, Jaguar or BMW) * 5 days per week including some Saturdays (2 Saturdays per month) * Holiday Commission * 33 days paid Holidays (Increasing with service) * Additional day off on your birthday * Pension contribution * Life Insurance * Company Rewards and Incentives together with Top Achievers trips and outings * Employee Scheme Assistance * Paid entry fees for charitable events * Full package discussed at interview stage Mortgage Advisor Requirements * Minimum of 6 months experience as a Mortgage Advisor * CEMAP 1 (minimum)Qualified or equivalent or Competency Advisor Status (CAS) * Smart, articulate and well presented * Great customer relationship skills
