Mortgage Advisor Roles & Responsibilities:
* Building lasting rapport with clients whilst providing expert mortgage and protection advice to clients.
* Manage applications through from enquiry to completion.
* Attend events to continue to promote and share the firm’s knowledge, professionalism and values.
* Keep up to date with continued professional development and ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Mortgage Advisor Qualifications & Requirements:
* CeMAP or CII Certificate in Mortgage Advice qualified or equivalent.
* Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Mortgage and Protection Advisor.
* Ability to attend in person events or training as required.
Mortgage Advisor Benefits:
* Basic salary of £35,000.
* Uncapped commission.
* OTE in excess of £60,000.
* Remote working.
* Guaranteed commission for the first 3 months.
* Leads provided.
* Company pension.
* Working hours Monday to Friday 9.30am to 6pm with regular early finishes on a Friday.
* 30 Days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays).
* Birthday off.
* Bespoke training and developments plan with room for progression and gain further qualifications.
