Mortgage Advisor – Realistic OTE £72K + Great Work/Life Balance
Are you a Mortgage Advisor looking to earn a realistic £72K OTE without being buried in paperwork or chasing cold leads?
Join a small, friendly advisory firm just outside Peterborough that’s all about delivering exceptional customer service – no aggressive sales tactics, just genuine advice tailored to each client’s needs.
OTE £72K – with a clear path to achieving it through quality leads and strong support
Pre-qualified appointments booked directly into your diary – focus on advising, not chasing leads
Full admin support – freeing you up to focus on your clients
Hybrid working – enjoy 2 days working from home each week after training
25 days annual leave plus bank holidays and Christmas off
Minimal weekend commitment – occasional lead management on a rota (about once a month), giving you extra inbound opportunities with no extra effort
If you're CEMAP or CERT CII (MP) qualified with at least one year’s experience and love delivering great customer service, this could be a fantastic next step for you.
