Job Description

An award winning Commercial Vehicle maintenance company, specialising in Tail Lifts, are looking for an experienced Mobile Tail lift Engineer to join their growing team. Your main task would be to maintain & repair tail lifts on commercial Vehicles. Responsibilities include: * Working remotely using your own initiative and working to schedules * Carrying out Servicing, Maintenance & Repairs of Commercial Vehicle Tail Lifts * Undertaking LOLER Weight Testing and repairs * When required, carrying out Commercial Vehicle Body repairs and replacing exterior body parts including wing mirrors, trim, etc. * Providing excellent customer service Experience required: * Previous commercial vehicle tail lift service, maintenance & repair work is essential * Knowledge of relevant LOLER or PUWER regs. for lifting equipment * Any Welding or basic Fabrication experience would be an advantage * Relevant electrical experience is expected * Full UK Driving Licence is essential * Excellent customer service abilities * Good communication skills * Excellent self-motivation and organisational skills Additional Details: * Overtime and call-out / standby rates are paid * Call outs of 1-2 nights per week and weekends on a one-in-four week rota * 45 contracted hours per week * Immediate starts are available Benefits include: * Door to Door payments * On call bonus * Company Pension * Fully equipped Company van (tools, equipment and parts) * Friendly working culture If you are an experienced Tail Lift / Commercial Vehicle Engineer looking for a new opportunity to join a successful and growing business, then please apply with an up to date CV!
