Mobile M&E Engineer Berwick-upon-Tweed Up to £43,000 + Van + Fuel Card + 25 days Annual Leave + Bank Holidays + 5% Pension + Benefits Permanent Are you an experienced Mobile Maintenance Engineer looking for your next career move? This is your chance to join an industry leader, where you will carry out all aspects of Electrical and Mechanical Maintenance working in both Commercial and Domestic environments. A leading player in the industry is currently looking for a Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their growing team, covering a large patch of commercial properties based around Berwick upon Tweed. The Role As the Mobile Maintenance Engineer, you’ll play a crucial role in the following: * Covering a large commercial property, providing ppm and reactive maintenance. * Working on a Mon – Fri, 8:30am – 5pm work week. * Service, maintenance, fault finding & repair on a range of mechanical & Electrical building equipment, AHU’s, FCU’s, Pumps, Motors, Fire Alarms, Emergency Lights, Filters and etc. * Working on a mobile basis with a Van Provided and Fuel Card, 30 mins own travel time, everything outside of this is paid in overtime. What you'll need to succeed To be successful in the role of Mobile Maintenance Engineer, you’ll bring the following skills and experience to the role: * You will hold mechanical qualifications, Level 2 Mechanical or Electrical NVQ/C&G’s and ideally a 17th or 18th * Experience in a facilities maintenance / building service role is essential. * Strong communication skills. * A Full UK Driving License is essential.
