Job Description
We are looking for a Mobile HVAC Engineer who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.

Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a Mobile HVAC Engineer to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.
As the Mobile HVAC Engineer, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.
The Mobile HVAC Engineer, will be responsible for:
* Maintaining and repairing HVAC systems within a historic estate.
* Delivering exceptional service to clients by answering queries, reporting defects, and keeping them informed of site activities.
* You'll need to complete all work-related documentation accurately and on time, and have a thorough understanding of building control systems and BMS.
* You'll perform manual tasks, including manual handling, working at heights, and in confined spaces, ensuring all work adheres to Health & Safety standards.
To be successful for this Mobile HVAC Engineer role you must have:
* Relevant qualifications such as City & Guilds (6187) Level 1&2.
* C&G Level 3 Heating & Ventilation or Mechanical Engineering, FGAS and ODS (desirable).
* HWSS - Vented & Unvented Hot Water Storage Systems (desirable).
* Full current driving licence.
* Knowledge of Health & Safety, Permit to Work procedures, and safe systems of working.
* Ability to perform manual tasks, including manual handling, working at heights, and in confined spaces.
* Good verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to use a mobile device.
