Location: Bristol/Oxford
Salary: £32,000
Our client is currently recruiting a Mobile Fabric Technician/ Handyman to join their team with the view to start ASAP. The purpose of this role is to support the Facilities Department with all aspects of Facilities Management including Maintenance & Repairs.
You will cover 1 site based in Bristol and another site based in Oxford. You will also take part in a call out Rota which is 1 in 5.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 7am - 4pm.
Duties:
Carry out property maintenance and repair works logged to ensure our targets are achieved.
Ensure buildings and services are maintained in a good state of repair.
Support the Facilities team to ensure all key performance targets are delivered for the Health and Safety monitoring schedule.
Health and Safety Knowledge
Support our appointed Security Company with the implementation of all site security, providing a back-up support where necessary.
Experience/ Qualifications Required:
Multi Skilled across a variety of trades (electrical, plumbing, decorating, carpentry, general maintenance and repairs)
UK Driving License
Health & Safety knowledge
No criminal record
