Mobile Contract Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Mobile Contract Manager to oversee and manage multiple contracts across various sites within the London area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of facilities management services, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring contractual compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee multiple contracts across various locations in London.
Ensure contractual obligations are met, and services are delivered to a high standard.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Lead and coordinate site-based teams, including subcontractors, engineers, and support staff.
Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
Monitor budgets, costs, and financial performance of contracts, ensuring profitability.
Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance service delivery and efficiency.
Prepare and present reports to senior management and clients regarding contract performance.
Manage and resolve any operational or contractual issues in a timely and effective manner.
Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and industry standards.
Support the business development team in securing new contracts and expanding client relationships.Key Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in contract management within facilities management, maintenance, or construction industries.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent client relationship management and communication skills.
Strong financial and budget management capabilities.
Good understanding of health and safety regulations and compliance requirements.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple contracts, and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office applications and contract management software.
Full UK driving license (required for travel across London sites).Qualifications:
Relevant degree or qualification in facilities management, business administration, or a related field (preferred).
IOSH/NEBOSH certification (desirable).
Membership with a relevant professional body (e.g., IWFM) is advantageous.Benefits:
