What You'll Be Doing
Solution Architecture & Design - Lead the technical and architectural design of Dynamics 365 CE Sales & Field Services solutions.
Stakeholder Engagement - Work closely with BAs, functional leads, and end-users to ensure the architecture aligns with business needs.
Integration & Data Management - Design solutions that seamlessly integrate with third-party systems and oversee data migration processes.
Team Leadership - Guide and support developers and SMEs, ensuring technical excellence across projects.
Technical Delivery - Collaborate with delivery teams to implement scalable, high-performance solutions.
Pre-Sales & Strategy - Support pre-sales activities, providing technical expertise and delivering demonstrations to prospective clients.
What We're Looking For
✅ Extensive experience as a Technical Consultant or Solution Architect in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (CRM).
✅ Proven track record of full lifecycle D365 CE implementations (Sales & Field Services).
✅ Deep understanding of SQL Server, SSRS, .NET, Web APIs, C#, and JavaScript.
✅ Ability to write high-level solution architecture & detailed technical design documentation.
✅ Experience working with Azure, Power Platform, and Customer Insights is a plus.
✅ TOGAF certification and Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM certifications (MB-210) are highly desirable.
