The Role: As an MFL Teacher, you will be responsible for teaching French and Spanish at Key Stage 3 and 4, helping students to develop their language skills and cultural understanding. You will deliver engaging, well-planned lessons and assess student progress to ensure they achieve their full potential. This role offers the opportunity to inspire students at all levels, from beginners to more advanced learners, and to contribute to the wider school community through extracurricular activities and events. Key Responsibilities: Plan, deliver, and assess high-quality lessons in French and Spanish for Key Stage 3 and 4 students Foster a passion for languages by encouraging student participation and enthusiasm Differentiate lessons to meet the needs of students at varying levels of ability Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to support development Contribute to the development of the MFL curriculum and teaching resources Lead or support extra-curricular language-related activities and cultural events Build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to support student success Participate in department meetings and professional development activities About You: To be considered for this role, you will need: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent - ECTs/NQTs are actively encouraged to apply also.
