Job Description
Smile Education is recruiting on behalf of Tudor Grange Academy Redditch for a Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) Teacher to join their team.
This full-time role starts on 31st March 2025 and will continue until the end of the academic year.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons in French and/or German to KS3 and KS4 students.
Assess, monitor, and support student progress to ensure high attainment.
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance the MFL curriculum.
Contribute to extra-curricular activities and language development initiatives.Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
Experience teaching French and/or German at the secondary level.
Strong classroom management skills and a passion for language learning.
