Job Description

A forward-thinking cost and project management construction consultancy are looking to add a MEP Senior Quantity Surveyor to their growing team in Central London, near Victoria. The role of the MEP Senior Quantity Surveyor The MEP Senior Quantity Surveyor will be joining a small but growing cost and project management construction consultancy, who are looking to grow their team, as they have a strong pipeline of work for the next year. You would be joining a young, ambitious and hard-working team of 14. As a company they cover a range of projects within the built environment including Private Residential, Commercial, Healthcare, Hotel, and they are slowly getting into Life Sciences. You will come in and run a full range of projects in all sectors. You will be taking the reigns from the already MEP Director and running all things MEP by yourself, with support from the team if needed. Meaning you will need to come in and hit the ground running. There is also the opportunity to grow and develop the MEP team and the MEP side of the business.
