TRIbuild Solutions are currently recruiting an experienced MEP Manager for a leading Developer for an 8 Year phased scheme. Pre-con on next 2 phases is due to start April. Preferance would be mechanical bias but open to both. Client is open to PM's from M&E Contractors looking to step up to main contractor.

* Relevant mechanical or electrical qualification
* Residential experience essential above 200 units
* Good health & safety
