MEP Commissioning (CX) Lead
Skien, Norway
Circa €7-8k Net/month, travel, accommodation and benefits

Key Responsibilities:
Lead commissioning activities with a strong focus on health and safety for all stakeholders.
Champion our Health & Safety policies, integrating them into daily discussions and decision-making.
Oversee Energy Isolations and Lock Out Tag Out procedures during commissioning activities.
Attend Factory Acceptance Testing, ensuring all documentation is meticulously prepared.
Maintain an issues resolution log, tracking and closing all commissioning-related items.
Manage the setup and closure of the Commissioning plan for each project.
Oversee the Commissioning Tagging process and procedures.
Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with MEP Quality standards.
Collaborate closely with project stakeholders, ensuring they have the information they need to progress effectively.
Review and optimise the master construction schedule to enhance program delivery.
Lead weekly/daily commissioning meetings and provide progress reports.
Manage subcontractor activities, ensuring alignment with project schedules and specifications.
Compile and verify all Testing and Commissioning documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
What We're Looking For:
Strong time management, exceptional communication skills, and a knack for detail are essential. You should be computer literate, capable of preparing reports, and comfortable administering the necessary paperwork.
A degree in Building Services, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering, or a relevant trade background.
At least 5 years of hands-on experience in a site-based MEP Commissioning role.
Extensive knowledge of Mechanical and Electrical systems and commissioning practices.
Proven experience working on hyperscale Data Centres.
Excellent IT skills to navigate the digital landscape of our projects.
