As a Mental Health Nurse, you will:
Provide senior nursing leadership to the ward nursing team
Support the Ward Manager with delegated responsibilities
Offer clinical expertise and confidence to the team
Supervise an agreed group of staff
Ensure high-quality care for patients with various mental health conditions
