We are partnering with a leading provider of mental health services that supports individuals through evidence-based therapy and innovative clinical solutions. They are seeking an experienced Mental Health Clinical Lead to drive service excellence, oversee clinical governance, and support a team of mental health professionals.
As a Mental Health Clinical Lead, your core responsibilities will include:
Lead, support, and develop a team of clinicians to ensure high standards of care
Oversee clinical governance, risk management, and training to maintain best practice
Act as the main point of escalation for complex cases and safeguarding concerns
Monitor service outcomes, conduct audits, and drive continuous improvement
Develop new clinical initiatives and contribute to business developmentRequirements:
Qualified Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist with full BABCP accreditation and a core mental health profession
5+ years’ experience in mental health assessment and treatment (virtual & face-to-face)
Proven leadership experience, including clinical supervision and risk management
Strong analytical, communication, and decision-making skillsBenefits:
