A well-established maintenance provider who are renowned for their prestigious contracts are currently recruiting for a Mechanical Supervisor working on a hospital contract based in West London. This reputable company are big believers in promoting staff internally and are currently looking to add an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to their team.
About the role:
The Mechanical Supervisor will be looking after a team of 10 M&E Engineers on a Hospital contract based in West London The role requires someone from a Mechanical background and qualified within these areas Mechanical, Plumbing or HVAC.
Responsibilities:
You will manage a team of 10 M&E Engineers
Manage all technical issues.
Manage agreed KPI and SLA's.
Responsible for the technical development of all staff, which will include annual appraisals.
Management of client relationships on a daily basis.
Responsible for the permit system.
Strong technical engineering understanding (M&E)
Candidate requirements:
The ideal candidate is client facing (job activities that involve direct interaction or contact with a client or customer)
Experienced Supervisor within FM - Technical Services
People Management, Good Leader
Technical Background (Mechanical)
