Mechanical Supervisor - Commercial Fit-Out Project
Location: Stevenage
Mechanical Value: £2.5 Million
Contract Type: CIS
Rate: £270 - £290 per day
We are currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor for a Commercial Fit-Out project in Stevenage, with a mechanical value of £2.5 million. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established project team and oversee the mechanical aspects of a high-profile build.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervising mechanical installation works on site.
* Ensuring that the mechanical services are being installed in accordance with project specifications and safety standards.
* Liaising with the Project Manager to report progress, issues, and delays.
* Overseeing subcontractors and ensuring quality control.
* Conducting site inspections and quality assurance checks.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Mechanical Supervisor, preferably in commercial fit-out projects.
* Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, installations, and regulations.
* Ability to manage subcontractors and site teams effectively.
* CSCS card (Black/Gold preferred) and SMSTS or SSSTS required.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Contract Details:
* Start Date: Mid-March.
* Contract Basis: CIS.
