£48,000 – £52,000

Position for a Mechanical Supervisor to lead an experienced maintenance team in a role offering further qualifications, OEM training, and genuine opportunities for progression.
This is a great chance to join a company renowned for their development & retention of staff, in a completely off tools role working closely with management implementing & developing maintenance strategies.
An ideal applicant will have proven leadership experience with a background in a manufacturing based or similar environment. Full industry training will be provided with opportunity to attain further qualifications & step into a more senior role down the line.

Due to continued growth & expansion, they are currently seeking a Mechanical Supervisor to join their team on a full time & permanent basis.
In this role you will lead a team of 8 engineers, overseeing, implementing & developing maintenance strategies across a large manufacturing site. The role is days based and completely off-tools.
