Mechanical Shift Engineer City of London £46,000 - £48,000 This is a great opportunity for a Mechanical Shift Engineer to join one of the markets leading building services companies. Our client is currently conducting maintenance on a state of the art and are not looking for a Mechanical Shift Engineer to join the team and hit the ground running. The mechanically qualified engineer will be working a shift pattern of 4 on 4 off days only. In your day to day you are expected to complete planned and reactive maintenance, remedial works and emergency response on site. This is a great opportunity to work on a prestigious site, with the role being very hands on and very client facing.  Duties PPM (Planned preventative maintenance) & Reactive maintenance AHUs FCUs Pumps - Bearings, Mechanical Seals Cooling Towers Tap Temperatures Chilled Water Systems Heat Exchangers Plumbing Generators Pressurisation units Generators BMS Operation Motors Requirements Mechanically qualified to City & Guilds Level 2/3 or NVQ (or equivalent) Apprentice trained - desirable Building Services Maintenance experience - 5 Years Min Very Client facing Driven and Methodical Package £46,000 - £48,000 per annum 4 on 4 off days only 20 days holiday Pension package Overtime Available Training Great opportunity to progress internally
