Mechanical Shift Engineer City of London £48,000 - £52,000   This is a great opportunity for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join a leading building services company on one of their high-profile contracts in the City of London. The mechanically qualified engineer will be working a continental shift pattern days and nights, as part of a large maintenance team undertaking the planned and reactive maintenance, remedial works and emergency response on site. This is a great opportunity to work on a prestigious site, with the role being very hands on and very client facing.    Duties PPM (Planned preventative maintenance) & Reactive maintenance AHUs FCUs Pumps - Bearings, Mechanical Seals Cooling Towers Tap Temperatures Chilled Water Systems Heat Exchangers Plumbing Generators Pressurisation units Generators BMS Operation Motors Requirements Mechanically qualified to City & Guilds Level 2/3 or NVQ (or equivalent) Apprentice trained - desirable Building Services Maintenance experience - 5 Years Min Very Client facing Driven and Methodical Package £48,000 - £52,000 per annum Continental Shift Days an Nights 20 days holiday Pension package Overtime Available Training Great opportunity to progress internally If you would like to join a widely reputable building services provider with an impressive staff retention rate, please apply now
