Job Description

NRL are recruiting Mechanical Mates for a role based in Oldbury. All competencies will be reviewed via CV’s prior to interviews.    Ideal candidates should have a level of experience within the mechanical / plumbing industry.   Basic hand tools required.   Job roles will include; Assisting skilled crafts people with their day-to-day activities . Must be keen / willing to learn , and able to take instruction. Good H & S standards needed .  Ability to work within a team as well as under your own initiative. Site: Manufacturing plant Job Spec: To work in offsite manufacturing centre fabricating and installing mechanical services, to specific detailed drawings into horizontal distribution modules, vertical risers, pump skids and package plant rooms.  Start Date: Jan 2025 Duration: Long term ongoing Working Hours:  7.30am-4pm Mon-Thru 7.30am-1pm Fri Overtime potentially available Rate of Pay: PAYE: Basic - £11.79 working rate + £1.53 HP = £13.29 total payable OT1 - £15.69 working rate + £2.05 HP = £17.74 total payable  OT2 - £17.69 working rate + £2.32 HP = £20.01 total payable Umbrella: Basic - £15.07 OT1 - £20.04 OT2 - £22.60 If this role is of interest to you, please submit your application and NRL will be in contact.
