Mechanical Foreman / Site Manager
Oxford, Reading, High Wycombe, Aylesbury
Salary:£Up to 55,000 (permanent)

Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and manage mechanical, plumbing, ducting, and HVAC installations on-site.
* Supervise mechanical teams, ensuring high-quality work and project efficiency.
* Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.
* Work closely with Project/Contracts Managers.
* Maintain strict health & safety compliance on-site.
* Plan site logistics, order materials, and ensure smooth project execution.
* Conduct inspections, quality control, and problem-solving as needed.
About You:
* Extensive experience as a Mechanical Foreman or experienced Mechanical Engineer.
* Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including plumbing, ducting, and HVAC.
* Proven track record of delivering multi-million-pound projects.
* Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
* Ability to coordinate and manage mechanical trades effectively.
* Must be based in the Oxford, Reading, High Wycombe, Aylesbury area.
Required Qualifications:
* Relevant mechanical trade qualifications.
