Job Title: Mechanical Fitter (AM/PM) Location: Tewkesbury Contract: Fixed Term Contract Salary: Competitive  Role Overview – Mechanical Fitter Our leading client are looking for an experienced Assembly and Test Technician to join their team at their brand-new state of the art facility located in Tewkesbury. The successful candidate will be responsible for the assembly of a large variety of hydraulic components, manufactured for the motorsport and aerospace industries. Assembling of complex hydraulic products. Reading engineering drawings. Completing Quality Audits. Building new/repairing complex hydraulic products. Using measuring equipment such as Micrometers, Vernier Calipers and Height Gauges to inspect component parts. Key Experience & Qualifications – Mechanical Fitter Apprentice trained (or equivalent level of qualification) ideally within Mechanical Engineering. Proven experience within a complex engineering/manufacturing environment. Competent at reading and following different set procedures.
