Job Description

My customer run a fleet of mobile engineers who calibrate equipment on-site and therefore preventing any lengthy down time for tools and engineers. They are also able to calibrate a host of precision tools and measuring equipment including torque wrenches, air pressure and DTI gauges, micrometers, scales and many more. The Role: • To provide routine servicing, calibrations, repairs, and customer support functions. • To carry out routine service, calibration, and repairs for customers. • To plan and perform routine work as required, reporting to the Technical Manager and Deputy Quality Manager (UK). • To provide necessary user training of company products to customers and distributors. • To ensure compliance with Company and customers Health and Safety procedures. • To maintain compliance with company and customers quality systems in all necessary areas. • Maintain compliance with customer’s Health and Safety and other contractual agreements when on site. • Carry out routine servicing of customers equipment. • Carry out routine calibrations of customers equipment. • Comply with Quality Systems. The Candidate: • Experience in electromechanical engineering industry • Engineering qualification • Working Knowledge of Calibration Systems • Mechanical knowledge and ability • Experience in electromechanical engineering industry • Knowledge of Hydraulic Systems. • Understanding of basic electronics
