Facilitate Search have teamed up with one of the UK's largest FM providers! They are on the lookout for Mechanical Maintenance Engineers to carry out PPM and Reactive work across a brand new secure site in York.
Job Role: Mechanical Maintenance Engineer
Salary £40,000
Location: York

The Role:
You will be working on a brand new secure site based in York. Your role as a mechanical maintenance engineer will be to carry out the PPM and Reactive work across site.
The ideal candidate for this position will have one of the following:
* C&G/BTEC Mechanical and Electrical Building Services Engineering Parts 1, 2, and 3
* NVQ with multi-skilled engineering Level 3
* C&G 2079 F Gas or equivalent,
* HVAC or gas equivalent
* Plumbing L2/L3Before You Apply
