As the Mechanical Engineer you’ll play a crucial role in the following:
AHU/FCU maintenance, plant room checks, sprinkler testing, minor plumbing, pumps/motor maintenance and repairs.
Service, maintenance, fault finding & repair on a range of building services equipment, General maintenance duties as and when required
Managing log books and permits, issuing RAMS, supporting subcontractors
To be successful in the role of Mechanical Engineer you’ll bring the following skills and experience to the role:
Experience in the commercial environment, in a multiskilled maintenance role.
Can do attitude, willing to be flexible.
FGAS or/and Mechanical/Plumbing trade qualification
