Mechanical Engineer – Planned & Preventative Maintenance | 3-Day Week (Weekend Work Included) | Manufacturing

What You’ll Be Doing:
Planned and preventative maintenance to keep equipment running efficiently
Welding and fabrication work as required for maintenance and upgrades
Identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime
Working with the wider engineering team to optimise plant performance
What We’re Looking For:
Mechanical engineering experience in manufacturing or a similar environment
Strong PPM knowledge with a proactive approach to maintenance
Welding and fabrication skills (MIG, TIG, or ARC experience beneficial)
Willingness to work weekends as part of the 3-day shift pattern
