Mechanical Design Engineer now sought for the design, test and installation of high integrity mechanical plant and systems for the nuclear industry, working for a respected employer providing complete solutions for the handling of hazardous materials. Mechanical Design Engineer £30,000 - £45,000 + Benefits & Flexi-time Hybrid working. Technically Challenging Projects. West Midlands based. Ref: 22104 Determining overall requirements in terms of cost, time, resource & technical content of mechanical design solutions Participate in technical discussions with internal & external customers & suppliers Keep abreast of latest technology & identify technological development/resources appropriate to the business needs/engineering activities Writing comprehensive reports & proposals Mechanical Design Engineer – The Person: Previous experience of concept design of special purpose machinery, mechanical handling, robot automation or assembly lines would be highly advantageous Experience utilising Inventor or another 3D design package Located in the West Midlands, position is commutable from West Bromwich, Birmingham, Oldbury, Wolverhampton, Dudley, Stourbridge, Kidderminster, Telford, Cannock, Stafford, Rugeley, Halesowen, Sutton Coldfield, Coventry & Tamworth.
