If you're a talented Mechanical Design Engineer with a passion for design and innovation, we’d love to hear from you! Role Summary * Lead all aspects of mechanical design related to project work within the business. * Design and develop mechanical systems while adhering to budget, timelines, and resource constraints. * Produce 3D drawings in SolidWorks and 2D drawings in AutoCAD. * Create detailed BOMs (Bills of Materials) for all designs associated with projects. * Perform R&D-related tasks to support the innovation goals of the business. * Provide mechanical assembly and disassembly support to the workshop when required. * Program CNC machines and perform CNC tending and machine setup. * Liaise with customers and attend both onsite and offsite customer meetings. * Report project status to senior mechanical design engineers and the company. * Research and stay updated on emerging technologies and trends within the mechanical design sector. * Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical design issues effectively. * Maintain a high level of respect and professionalism toward all staff members
